Cancellation Policy

Card On File: Booking an appointment for event services requires a card on file. The card will not be charged more than the quoted retainer. Cancellation fees or excessive tardiness may lead to your card being charged the appropriate fee; in this case, you will receive an invoice to accompany the charge via email. Any card declinations for cancellation or late fees will result in the client no longer being allowed to book services until the previous balance is paid in full. Tardiness: A seamless day for us all means being on schedule but we understand things happen sometimes. We are happy to accommodate tardiness up until 10 min with no fee. A $15 late fee is charged if client is 15-20 in late. Any client 20 min or more late forfeits their appointment and their retainer. Any retainers paid are non-refundable unless the artist cancels. Final balance is due immediately upon service completion via Cash or Card. We do NOT utilize Cash App but we do have "Tap to Pay. Alternatively, we can send an invoice for your remaining balance. Cancellations 24 hours or less prior to the appointment window will incur a $25 cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
