Thank you for your interest in booking with SPArtistry. Please read entirely before booking.

1.  All appointments require a 50% non-refundable retainer that will go towards your service.Your remaining balance can be paid via cash, invoice or card. Cash App is no longer an accepted form of payment.

2. Business Hours are Monday-Saturday, 9am-6pm.

3. Appointments booked within Macon or 10mi of Macon: You will be emailed the home studio address 48 hrs before your appointment. If you require travel to you, be sure to select the desired service WITH travel fee or TF will be added to your final invoice.  

4. Please don't arrive earlier than 15 min prior to your appt time.

5. LATE POLICY: We allow a 5 minute grace period for all booked appointments.  If you are more than 5 mins late, you will be charged $1/minute until 15 minutes. Clients more than 20 mins late will be canceled without refund.

6. Please cancel all appointments with at least a 24 hour notice. Any  cancellations within 24 hours or No-Call-No-Shows will require full payment for the missed appointment and full payment for the desired appointment due at booking.

BOOKINGS: To secure a date for any event, a signed contract is required along with a 50% retainer fee. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. We will work with you to honor your booking and transfer your deposit. Be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a retainer is received.

CANCELLATION: All retainer fee monies paid by client will be refunded if contract is cancelled within two (2) days of booking said appointment. After the two (2) day grace period, should a client cancel the booked event or any service on a contract, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred. If the makeup artist cancels at any time or is unable to perform her duties for any reason, another team member will be assigned to the event. If no SPArtistry MUA is available, 100% of the retainer paid will be refunded within seven (7) days of MUA cancellation. Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the retainer is the only liability to Simply Perfect Artistry, LLC employees and agents.


SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS: Location of service for the day-of-event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements the makeup artist needs to complete the makeups. A “set up” table/work area needs to be made available for the makeup artist(s) at said location. Any further setup specifics will be present in the contract signed.  


USE OF IMAGE: Simply Perfect Artistry, LLC may use any photographed images of event on its website, brochure, flyer and other advertising deemed necessary. Any and all photographs, video, audio, and any other digitally stored media that is captured or recorded by Simply Perfect Artistry, LLC and any and all of its representatives or agents are subject to use. Client(s) agree to release any and all claims regarding use of his/her images/videos for such purposes. 


LIABILITY: All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist(s) prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Simply Perfect Artistry, LLC and all employees and agents from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions. 


SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: Makeup will be completed to client's satisfaction, and ample time is given for each makeup look upon booking. Acceptance of completed makeup application by client is acknowledgement by client that makeup is done to his/her satisfaction.
